A Four-Quarter Strategic Planning & Accountability Circle

Assess. Plan. Execute. Measure.

Your vision deserves more than a moment of inspiration. It deserves a plan you can put to work.

Presented by Dr. RaQ, Let’s Talk Vision is a four-part planning experience designed to help you establish your starting point, clarify your direction, and turn your goals into measurable action. Beginning December 12, 2026, and continuing in March, June, and September 2027, this private strategic planning circle creates dedicated space to examine your progress, strengthen your decisions, and move forward with intention.

This is not merely a vision-board gathering or a motivational conversation. It is a working circle where you connect what you want to build with the numbers, resources, priorities, and actions required to support it. The foundation begins with an honest assessment and a practical first-quarter plan.

Four Gatherings. One Connected Planning Journey.

 December 12, 2026  | Establish Your Foundation

Get clear about where you are and what you want to accomplish in 2027. Assess your current position, review your financial foundation, identify your biggest constraints, and choose up to three strategic priorities. Translate those priorities into a focused first-quarter action plan with measurable outcomes and deadlines. The opening session is supported by Let’s Talk Vision, Volume 01: My Starting Point—2027 Business Foundation Plan.

 March 2027 | Review, Learn & Adjust

Return to your plan with evidence. Compare your goals with your progress, examine what worked and what did not, and identify the decisions your results now require. Apply what you have learned to refine your priorities and shape your next-quarter commitments.

 June 2027 | Reassess & Strengthen

Use the midpoint of the year to revisit your direction. Review your progress, capacity, and resources; identify what needs more attention; and set a focused plan for the next 90 days.

September 2027 | Refocus & Finish with Purpose

Enter the final quarter with clear priorities. Evaluate what remains achievable, decide what to complete or carry forward, and create a practical year-end action plan while identifying considerations for the year ahead.

Who Is This For?

Let’s Talk Vision welcomes people working within four pathways:

  • Building: Launching or strengthening an operating business.
  • Transitioning: Navigating a career, ownership, or retirement change.
  • Personal Reinvention: Developing capabilities and new income opportunities.
  • Legacy: Strengthening assets, succession readiness, and future stewardship.

Choose the pathway that reflects your season while using the planning tools relevant to your goals. You do not need an established business—or perfect numbers—to get started. You do need a willingness to honestly assess your starting point and follow through on your decisions.

What You’ll Work Toward

Through this connected planning experience, you will work toward:

  • A documented baseline rather than an assumed starting point.
  • A clear direction supported by measurable outcomes.
  • A better understanding of your revenue or income, expenses, and cash needs.
  • A small number of strategic priorities that protect your focus.
  • A 90-day action plan built by you, with deadlines and evidence of progress.
  • A practical scorecard for reviewing results and adjusting.

Each gathering builds on the previous one. Rather than starting over every quarter, you return to your plan, learn from your results, and make your next decisions with greater clarity.

Your Vision. Your Decisions. Your Next 90 Days.

Bring your goals, your questions, and a willingness to do the work.

Join Dr. RaQ for Let’s Talk Vision—and give your 2027 vision a foundation you can assess, act on, and measure.
