+ One (1) table will be provided for your vendor booth.
+ Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tablecloth.
+ Booth setup must be completed at least 2 hours before the Live Experience. No exceptions.
+ No derogatory or offensive materials are permitted.
+ Please provide one marketing item for inclusion in the event swag bags.
+ All vendor registration fees are non-refundable.
